Kat is a public relations, communications, and branding professional with over 15 years of experience developing and executing campaigns to increase media exposure and support strategic marketing initiatives.
Kat specializes in CX and brand feel, as well as writing and creating a variety of messages - with a positive and cohesive voice.
She earned a B.A. in Organizational Communications and a minor in Public Relations from the Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. Kat spent the first part of her career at non-profits including, One of A Kind Pet Rescue and the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank.
Passionate about helping individuals and companies tell their authentic brand stories, in 2017, Kat devoted her full-time work to pursuing entrepreneurship and is President of
Amp Strategy.
Kat lives in West Akron with her husband Tony, nine-year-old son Tre, and their fur babies Stanley and Carl.

Lori Krohn is a strategic branding professional, known for her entrepreneurial spirit and forward-thinking approach.
In 2015, she co-founded Focal Point Social Media, a company dedicated to shaping and optimizing digital presence for businesses. Under her guidance, Focal Point quickly gained recognition for its innovative social media strategies and effective brand positioning.
Recognizing the evolving landscape of the industry, Lori demonstrated her commitment to growth by merging with Amp Strategy in 2022. This merger combined the strengths of both entities to create a powerhouse in the marketing and branding sector.
Lori lives in West Akron with her husband Mark and their three daughters Alex, Nicole, and Noelle.

Lisa is a content producer with a talent for turning real moments into powerful stories. Whether she’s filming social content, shaping documentary-style narratives, or building brand visuals, she brings a cinematic eye and a steady creative hand to every project.
As a licensed drone pilot and seasoned photographer, she knows how to capture a scene from every angle (literally!).
In addition to being an Amp-er and guiding our content team, Lisa owns Pixel Perfect Productions, producing photography and video for a wide mix of clients. She moves seamlessly between production and post-production, capturing the moment and shaping the perfect final cut. What sets her apart is her ability to put people at ease, bringing out genuine stories with clarity and intention.
When she’s not on set or in the edit suite, you’ll find Lisa making stained glass, sipping tea, or hanging out with her two senior dogs and one very opinionated cat who seems to have more creative notes than anyone else on the team.

Amy Carson is a proud two-time graduate of The University of Akron, where she earned her B.A. in Public Relations in 2014 and an M.A. in Arts Administration in 2021. She has a passion for connecting with people and crafting compelling narratives for media relations. Amy has refined her expertise across various school systems in Northeast Ohio, where she has served as a publicist, social media strategist, and arts administrator - always with a focus on building meaningful relationships and amplifying the voices of those she represents.
Throughout her academic and professional journey, Amy has worked closely with institutions such as Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools, Canton-McKinley High School, Green High School, and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy. Her ability to connect with diverse audiences and her strategic approach to communication led her to higher education in 2022, where she joined The University of Akron's School of Music.
At Amp Strategy, Amy continues to leverage her skills to forge strong connections, drive engagement, and elevate the public profiles of her clients.
A lifelong resident of Akron, Amy lives in West Akron with her husband, Derek, and their dog, Dundee. She is an avid reader, a tennis enthusiast, and relishes spending sunny days by the lake. Amy also channels her creativity into a small craft business, designed to celebrate the joyful moments of everyday life.

Kalisha is a Graphic & Interactive Designer with an interdisciplinary background expanding in branding, print, digital, web, UI/UX, social media, project development, account executing, and more.
After graduating from Youngstown State University with her B.F.A. in Graphic & Interactive Design, Kalisha pursued a career in Graphic Design working within various full-service advertising agencies, gaining experience in commercial, branding, web, print and digital design with regional clients.
Kalisha prides herself on her adaptability and her ability to bring clarity within chaos. With her experience, she brings a strong work ethic, design principles and creative innovation to the Amp team. Kalisha relies on daily matcha green tea lattes to fuel her creativity and passion. In her spare time, she enjoys anime, yoga, hiking, and playing video games, as well as various mediums of art and music.

With more than 21 years as a Realtor, Andrea has a deep understanding of operations, client relationships, and the moving pieces that keep a business running. That experience made her transition into office leadership a natural fit.
At Amp, Andrea keeps our world in order. She supports bookkeeping and daily operations, making sure the details are handled, the systems work, and nothing falls through the cracks. She’s known for her reliability, calm presence, and ability to keep complex processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
Across her career, Andrea has always been the steady hand that helps others stay organized and supported, creating structure so teams can do their best work. She loves building systems, spotting efficiencies, and being the go-to person who quietly keeps everything moving forward.
Andrea and her husband, Ralph, are proud empty nesters with two grown kids and their dog, Angus. When she’s not keeping the office running like clockwork, she’s likely at a concert, traveling, or out on a hike, always ready to discover a new trail or destination with family and friends.

Lenna Walkup brings 17 years of marketing experience and more than a decade of hands-on website design and management expertise.
She earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from West Virginia University in 2008, followed by an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Florida State University in 2013 - where she discovered her passion for website development.
Throughout her career, Lenna has held diverse roles, from serving as an E-Commerce Manager for a nationwide retailer to leading marketing efforts as the Marketing Director for a luxury spa, medical spa and salon group. At Amp, she’s able to focus on what she loves most: bringing website designs to life and producing thoughtful, beautifully built websites for organizations across industries - from non-profits and B2B companies to consumer brands and e-commerce businesses.
Based in Nashville, TN, Lenna enjoys playing soccer, spending time outdoors - especially hiking and kayaking - and exploring all that Nashville has to offer with friends.
