MORGAN LASHER, Partner
Morgan Lasher has spent her career planning and executing marketing strategies that help to amplify brand stories and communities. (That translates into work like communications, public relations, creative content, social media, and advertising.)
After a four-year stint as a management consultant with the Monitor Group in their Boston offices (and later as a creative magazine leader in Cleveland), Morgan co-founded Amp Strategy in 2017, which is now one of the largest female-owned agencies in the region.
In November 2021, she joined the nonpartisan nonprofit Unify America to head up marketing and grow its mission to replace political polarization with collaborative problem-solving.
Today, as a raving fan of Akron, Morgan sits on the Akron advisory board of the Boys & Girls Clubs and has served as a member of the Akron Public School Board, ATHENA Akron board, Torchbearers board, and committees of the Akron Marathon. She is also an Ohio University Bobcat and served as OU's student body president. Morgan and her husband/fellow Bobcat Matt live with their two kids in Highland Square.
